Tenant Improvements

Tenant Improvements include all projects designed within an existing shell building. These projects require a level of care above that of a stand alone building. Careful review of the existing building where the tenant improvement is to be constructed must be conducted. Special emphasis on the structure, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems must be considered.

There is great opportunity in creating dynamic spaces utilizing the existing components of the building. Is there exposed brick or masonry? Is the roof structure interesting and should be exposed? Is the existing or new mechanical ductwork worth exposing? Shall the concrete or wood floor be refinished and exposed. Many possibilities exist to create a project that will enhance the projected use of the suite.
